Call In Service Appointments
Although we would like to accommodate everyone, walk in service done as they wait, without an appointment, is just not possible. The best method is to call us and setup a service appointment so that we are ready to help you at a set time. If we have availability immediately, then we will offer times that can be provided, at either studio locations. Since we have goldsmiths and studio workshops, providing service is much easier then a jewelry store. The best times to call for scheduling are in the morning. The staff is getting ready for processing work jobs for the day, so when an appointment is set, we can arrange it in Que for the goldsmiths. Sometimes, if the service is unique or extensive and would require a lot more time than allotted, we will suggests alternatives that can be helpful. We are here to do our best job possible and rushing a service to make a deadline makes for a stressful situation.
